Before we can consider you for one of our homes, due to Dodd-Frank Law, we must do a credit analysis...

While we must comply with Dodd-Frank Law and do a credit assessment for consideration of our applicants, your current credit status does not necessarily disqualify you from acceptance into our program, as this analysis is only used as small piece in a much bigger picture, and we're open to working with all credit situations. Dodd-Frank law also requires that the ability to repay & verifications be completed for each person 18 years or older who will be residing in the home with you.

To Apply For Our Homeownership Program, Please Complete The Following Steps...

1.) Download or fill out online the application here as completely as possible, scan it and email to us at services@lender-bee.com.

There is a non-refundable $75 per person application fee, which covers us handling the associated costs with processing your application and credit analysis. The application fee may be paid by clicking     here,      using any major credit card/debit card.

NOTE: We must receive the $75 fee in order to successfully process your application and credit assessment. Furthermore, a separate Credit Analysis Application and processing fee is needed for each individual over 18 years old that will occupy the home.

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared publicly.

2.) When we receive your Credit Analysis from the Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator your assigned agent will contact you to conduct a phone assessment and present you with specific homes that meet your purchase criteria.

3.) You'll be given the opportunity to inspect and tour the homes you're interested in before deciding to buy.

We process and accept applications on a first come, first serve basis... so don't wait around and let someone else claim the house that was meant for you...
